The Bell of the HOOD - The Daily Mail online reports that the Bell of the Battlescruiser HOOD, sunk in combat by the German Battleship BISMARK in 1940 is to be salvaged.    The salvage in to be preformed by the 414 feet Super-Yacht OCTOPUS, which is owned by the Microsoft billionaire Paul Allen.     When built in 2003 by German shipyard HDW it was believed that the OCTOPUS was to be the biggest such yacht at the time of its construction.     It is currently the world's 13th largest super-yacht and the fifth not owned by a head of State, and the largest expedition yacht.   The OCTOPUS had two (2) helicopter landing spots (one fore and one aft), and a 63-foot tender docked in the transom (stern) plus six other smaller boats.    The yacht also has a pool, located aft on one of her upper decks, and two submarines (one of them operated by remote control for studying the bottom of the ocean) can be carried.     Side hatches at the water line form a dock for jet skis.  All very James Bond in description.
