Battle Ensign – the Type 23 Frigate MONTROSE was recently seen flying the ship’s Battle Ensign when passing the Fleet Flagship, the Assault Ship BULWARK, presumably part of the training package prior to deployment.   The flying of a Battle Ensign is rare and any correspondence on this would be welcome.
